Another Day Of Life..
Hell yeah..! Back from band camp. Oh my gosh, it's freaking tiring since the sec 3s gone through 2 camps with only 1 or 2 day rest. Hmm, perseverance yield success. (: Well, during the 3 days did alot of things. There's a thailand conductor come down to PY to teach us at day 1 and his teaching/conducting skills was fanstastic.
Day 2 was much on music but in the morning play-ed handball. Yeah we lower brass really is quite strong ah. (: Then we sectional music, lunch. Then combine music, dinner and then combine music at parade square at night time. Then the alumnis did recording of our 2 songs. Then after that, we bathe and then go music room and listen to our recording. Hmm, can say we improve-d bit by bit ah. (: Then had supper, did checking of toilets with MK. Then went to hall and sleep.
Then day 3 which is today went to bedok town for exchange programme. Reach there already, straight away combine with bedok town. Play-ed overture and folklore. Then woodlands came and after that, a tutor take the trombonists and euphoniumists for sectional. Hmm, his teaching skills was good and really give us some tips on breathing. Then after that, lunch and then combine music at hall. Then after that, start exchange programme. Then woodlands play first, then BT followed by PY. Play-ed our set pieces and choice pieces uh. After that, end of exchange programme and went back to school.
Then keep instruments and then mr poh talk to us about the progress of the band ah. Can say that, we improved quite alot and then somehow got caught by him as he say that we besties lepak until very late ah. Then at least we try to go home early ba. (: Then after that, went to bubble tea with besties and then go mac after that.
Then at mac, saw cherry and gang. Well, honeydew should be happy. Haha, Then after that, went to interchange and wait for cherry as we can't waited in mac very long as there's alumni inside there. Then cherry and gang came, then i talk to their gang lo. Haha, then honeydew talk-ed to cherry. Then cherry's bus come le, then say goodbye and then wait-ed for our bus and then went home after that.
Overall, the camp can say was quite tiring la, but is very fun. (: All the band members really work very hard during the camp. Oh well, since the camp over le, must play hard and study hard. (:
