Another Day Of Life..

12th April 2013 - 29th Annual Speech Day

I really dunno what to say. I came back as an alumni to help the band. But when i'm performing with them, for that moment.. i felt like a current band members. That nostalgic feeling.. Thinking back of my 5 years services that i had done for the band. From 2007 to 2011. Hmm, it's really a enriching journey. It's already 2013. From my batch, to Zhong Hong's batch, to Jonathan's batch, to Teng Yaw's batch, to Zheng Liang's batch, to Nanz's batch and now, to Celine's batch. Wow, 6 batches. I know 6 batches of band members. That's really a remarkable feat. I also realized that i'm one of the alumnus that is more closer to the members than the alumnus itself. I feel for them sometimes. Perhaps i really miss my time in band. :')

Last day of playing mallets with Siew Teng, Nanz & Aidil. Really dunno what to say. I'm happy that i have the chance to perform as a pit percussionist despite my forte is on Trombone. It's really an experience. Just like my first MD Concert, 1812 overture i get to play the chimes. What a night. Also happy for Jonathan as he got 'Ping Yian Of The Year 2012'. Also, me & aswan getting the 'Friends Of School' for band. Feels like my efforts have been recognized. Really honored and proud to receive that award.

Photo-taking was kinda.. emotional. People with polaroids start spamming their films, cameras and phones are everywhere. Taken a few pictures with my close band mates in our band uniform. It's really awesome to wear the band uniform again. The pride that we have.. Haha. Sadly, this might be the last day that i will come back to help the band. Don't think i will be helping them anymore. Teng Yaw's batch is graduating already.. Hmm.. how time flies. I will have to slowly fade away from PYMB. Life goes on..
